Position Summary and Responsibilities:
- Management of financial process.
- Project management of financial projects.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing monthly closing and reporting.
- Forecasting and budgeting.
- Cash Management.
- Liaise with treasury on currency exposure.
- Manage direct reports.
- Legal and tax issues.
- Ensure compliance with ESAB financial manual.
- Support other streams within the organisation.
- Submission of capital expenditure.
- Willing to travel.
Qualifications Include:
- Accounting/Financial Degree/ACCA
- Min 3-5 years experience of controlling in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills, ability to challenge ways of working, good attention to detail, strong people manager
- Fluent English.
- ERP System experience and knowledge of Microsoft packages is essential.
- Experience of reporting in an international group is preferable.
