Position Summary and Responsibilities:
  • To manage and administer all employee related processes.
  • Support KYC and BID line management in all HR matters

Responsibilities include:

  • Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies, to achieve corporate/business objectives.
  • Align the business objectives with the manpower planning process by determining manpower needs against availability and the appropriate strategies for recruitment, career and succession planning and management development.
  • Ensure recruitment of high quality staff to help meet business objectives.
  • Assess training needs, develop and implement training programmes in alignment with needs identified so as to develop an efficient and effective workforce.
  • Manage and promote harmonious industrial relations with the Union and ensure that all labour laws are complied with.
  • Implement and manage remuneration and rewards strategies/policies in collaboration with line management.
  • Facilitate timely management decision making at top management level and operating levels by providing comprehensive human resources information that is relevant to the business.
  • Plan, organise, direct and control the HR administration to achieve departmental and corporate objectives, and ensure provision of services cost-effectively.
 

Qualifications Include:

  • University graduate with 8 years HR generalist experience preferably in a multi-national company.
  • Knowledge of local employment laws with industry experience in handling union and employees' relations.
  • Effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Possess professional attitude, strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
  • A self starter with strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • A team player, while being able to work independently when necessary.
