Position Summary and Responsibilities:
  • To provide administration support at the reception and Admin department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering of all incoming calls, release caller message to relevant parties.
  • In charge of all incoming/outgoing courier and transmission records.
  • In charge of all visitors - inform relevant party
  • Assist in Admin department documentation perparing, filing and stationery record/distribution.
  • Manage office cleaner's duty and responsibility.
  • Assist in Sales department documentation and filing.
  • Assist in General Manager documentation and filing.
 

Qualifications Include:

  • GCE 'O' Levels
  • or Certificate in Office Skills
  • Min 1 year experience in related field
