ESAB acquisition expands Brazil gas apparatus capability

 Charter International plc ("Charter") announces that ESAB, its welding, cutting and automation business, has acquired a 60 per cent shareholding in Condor Equipamentos Industriais Ltda ("Condor"), a leading Brazilian gas apparatus manufacturer based in the city of Contagem, in the state of Minas Gerais.
